FIRE PRECAUTIONS

Fire Alarm
The hall is fitted with a Fire Alarm system which is activated by breaking the glass on one of the boxes located by each of the fire doors.
The controls for this system are by the main entrance door on the right hand side as you enter. If the alarm is triggered accidentally, please contact the letting secretary or the key holder.
Fire Fighting Appliances
Fire Fighting Appliances and their type and location are shown on the fire plan together with the location of the exit doors. A fire blanket is located in the kitchen.
Exit Doors
The exit doors are shown fire plan.
Muster Point
The hirer should identify a suitable muster point external to the building and advise everyone in the hall that in the event of a fire, they should evacuate the building immediately and meet at the designated muster point.
Public Telephone
The nearest telephone to the hall is the public kiosk opposite the entrance gates, on the other side of the road. Should a fire occur, the Fire Brigade should be informed by dialing 999 and stating that there is a fire at the North Warnborough Village Hall at Priors Comer, North Warnborough.
